We have six different age - different breed puppies we are looking for foster to adopt homes in the Dubuque Iowa area. You MUST go to our personal rescue website to apply at whispurringhoperescue.weebly.com or you will not hear back.<br/>or text 563-451-5399 for immediate contact. you will still need to have pre approval applications sent in so do that prior to texting us as this puppies will go fast. We know very little about this at this point as they are coming in on Sunday evening from a high kill facility that is bursting at the seams. If you are looking to adopt or just foster please let us know and spread the word.
