Meet Pumpernickel! <br/><br/>Pumpernickel is a sweet, timid girl who can take a little time to warm up to new people but once she does, she's an absolutely wonderful companion. <br/><br/>Two of our volunteers recently took her out for a "doggy day out," and while it took a bit for her to feel comfortable, Pumpernickel had a fantastic time! She even did really well exploring a college campus and walking around with confidence once she felt safe.<br/><br/>This gentle girl thrives with patience, love, and consistency. If you're willing to take the time to get to know her, Pumpernickel will reward you with loyalty, affection, and a heart full of love. <br/><br/>Her adoption fee is $300, plus an additional $60 that includes six months of heartworm prevention.
