Puma's Story
**I am fee-waived for the month of August for Clear the Shelters!**

For more than 200 days, Puma has watched other dogs leave the shelter while he patiently waits for someone to choose him. We think it's about time his story changes.

Puma is happiest enjoying life's simple pleasures-long walks, his favorite toys, tasty treats (when he's allowed!), and spending time with his people. Bring him into an office, and he'll happily relax by your side. Toss him a toy, and his goofy, playful personality comes to life.

Like any lovable goofball, Puma occasionally makes questionable decisions... especially if there's unattended food nearby! But one look at his face, and it's hard to stay mad.

One thing to know about Puma is that he has a sensitive stomach. He's currently eating a special diet because some foods don't agree with him, and his future family should plan to work with their veterinarian to find the best long-term nutrition to keep his tummy happy. After all, they say all the best-looking ones have stomach problems! Right??

As a stray, we don't know much about Puma's past, but we do know what we've seen while he's been with us: a sweet, affectionate, fun-loving dog who deserves a family to call his own.

After more than 200 days in the shelter, Puma is more than ready to trade his kennel for a couch. Could that couch be yours?

Puma is currently living in a foster home. Contact our adoptions team to learn more and provide your contact information so we can schedule a meet-and-greet!
