Puddles's Story
Puddles found us. Our House is down a long driveway quite far
off the road and she showed up one day up at the house. She
was wanting to connect, but she was very very shy. When we
would reach out to pet her she would melt into a fearful puddle on the ground. Thus her name Puddles!
Now, she is mostly confident and sure of herself. She still does
get a bit nervous when asked to do a command, but she works
through it if you handle her gently so she doesn’t get ruffled.
Since she has been here, she has been living in a large yard with 2 other dogs and plays all day long.
Puddles is very high energy and very smart. She can be timid and does need loving encouragement during learning. She looks like a
German Shepard Dingo, much smaller than a true German
Shepherd. She stays lean due to her high energy and is super
alert. She’s also an instigator in a group. She’s the one who says
“yay! lets do it!! She would enjoy having a few jobs
