Puddin's Story
12/4/25 - Kalo ct x Kalo rd. No mc. VC ***** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION 12/10/25 ***** Intact male ~5 yrs old 47 pounds Vaccines given 12-4-25 No microchip ALT ID# 12-04-25 4 Intake notes - 12/6/25 Scared but very sweet boy, has healing face wounds (may be previous dog fights), walk on leash slowly Behavior notes - Dog is very relaxed in kennel. When taking on for a walk dog would walk for a bit then freeze and try to bite the leash. Dog was easily redirected with treats. Can be pet from head to tail. After pet has relaxed, he walks well on leash. On his walk back to the kennel he greeted other dogs. *****Animals are eligible for adoption by the public after their stray hold period. Rescues are permitted to pull on 12/11/25; animal is also legally available for euthanasia on this same date. AVAS will continue to follow the protocols in place for the health/safety of the animals in our care. The canine population currently in our care that are not showing symptoms will be posted on our website for public viewing. Canines will continue to be monitored by our medical staff under the direction of our supervising Veterinarian.
