Proper's Story

Meet Proper!

Proper by name... but we make no promises about her manners just yet. She is a puppy, after all.

Proper is a sweet little girl and sister to Prim, and she's everything you could want in a classic puppy—loving, silly, playful, curious, and absolutely full of potential.

She's at the perfect age to start learning all the important things: basic manners, new tricks, how to be the very best girl...and perhaps that shoes are not chew toys. With training, patience, and plenty of love, Proper has everything she needs to grow into an amazing companion.

For now, she's simply looking for a family ready to embrace the puppy chaos, enjoy all those sweet puppy moments, and help her become the wonderful dog she's destined to be.

Sweet, silly, and Proper... well, eventually.

Humane Animal Treatment Society's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process is designed to find the perfect animal for each adopter. Adoption is a life long commitment so we do our best to ensure that we are finding good matches, for both human and animal. Our staff will assist you in finding a match based on your lifestyle, living situation, and activity level, not purely on breed or color. Please visit our website to see adoption pricing, what's included with an adoption, and how to begin the process. If you find an animal, or several, that you would like to meet, please submit our online adoption application. After submitting an application, we encourage potential adopters to call and set appointments to ensure an adoption counselor is available to assist you.
