Hi my name is Pringles! I'm estimated at around 4 years old and am a Shar Pei or Shar Pei mix weighing in at around 50 lbs. I was rescued from a hoarding situation where I was living outside and denied basic care. I came to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue extremely underweight and in received the general and medical care I needed. I'm a very good boy, walk well on leash and have been non-reactive with other dogs at the rescue. I am now happy, healthy and so ready for a forever home!<br/>My $150 adoption fee includes vet exam, up to date vaccines, preventatives while at the rescue, neuter, heartworm test (negative) deworming and microchip. 1) Submit application 2) Application is reviewed for completeness and assigned to an adoption coordinator 3) Adoption coordinator verifies critical information on the application, contacts references and ensures that the requested animal is a good fit for the family 4) Adoption coordinator, in conjunction with rescue management, approves or denies application 5) Upon notification of approval, an adoption coordinator works with foster and adopter to set up an adoption appointment to bring your new family member home! We strive to work through adoption applications as soon as we can. We are 100% volunteer-based so it can take a day or two to complete the review. This also depends on the response time of your references. Should you change your mind or adopt a different animal after submission, please inform us so we do not spend unnecessary time on your application.
