Pringle's Story
If Pringle had a Christmas wish it’d be for a family with kind hearts and a comfy couch. That’s really all she needs to be a happy girl!

Pringle
Age: 8+
Female, Spayed
Weight (if known): currently 64lb. Trying to shed a little to help her move around better and feel young again.

Good with kids (if known): unknown
Good with cats (if known): yes
Good with other dogs (if known): yes

Crate trained (if known): Yes, I havent had a need to put her in one yet though.
House trained (if known): yes. Only thing Ive learned is to take her out right after she eats!

Pringle was found as a stray and spent over 6 months in the shelter before being pulled. In foster, she really loves to just lounge around! She will follow you from room to room and lay near you. Sometimes she doesnt hear you get up and will come looking for you. She gets playful moments randomly, where she will let out a couple big barks and acts like she wants to play. This last about 30 seconds and is really cute! I think she is starting to lose her hearing and possibly eyesight. She hears her name if you say it loudly! If you are cooking something, she will wake from a dead sleep and start sniffing around the house ha! We have alot of dogs and she seems to like them, likes to get right in their faces and smell them. Once shes met them, she doesnt do that anymore, and shes neutral with them. Same with cats, greets them and just lives with them. I havent had her around kids but I cant see how that would be a problem.

Apart from the hearing and possible eye sight, she seems a little weaker in her rear end. This could be from weight or age. I was worried about the stairs in our home, but so far she handles the half flight out front very well on her own. We have a full flight to tje backyard, which she can do slowly, but doesnt like to. Maybe a home with no stairs, or very little.

If you’re interested in adopting this pet, please fill out the application at the link below ⬇️: ✨PLEASE SELECT LOUISVILLE AS THE LOCATION OF THE PET✨ http://www.woodstockanimalfoundation.org/adopt-a-dog/ *Adoption fee of $300 applies which covers the spay/neuter, updated shots, microchipping, deworming and any other medical care*
