Princess lived with other dogs previously, and may like a gentle companion in her new home. She does have a timid, submissive demeanor, and will blossom with a patient adopter who can continue to help her gain confidence. Princess absolutely loves to nestle by your side, with her head on your lap. And- she lives for belly rubs, lots and lots of sweet belly rubs!! Princess weighs 43 pounds. Let’s help her find the most perfect home!!<br/><br/>No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. <br/><br/>If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. <br/><br/>All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.<br/><br/>Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
