Princesa's Story

Princesa came to us with her litter of newborns. Unfortunately, one of her babies had passed away before we arrived and momma mourned the loss of her baby. Princesa did not get the best start living as one of 13+ dogs in a backyard. We wanted a different fate for her and her adorable puppies.
Princesa has been a good momma. Now that the puppies are seven months she is ready to have them be weaned and more independent. The puppies are meeting new people in their foster home and are getting more play and cuddle time. Princesa wants to have affection and time without her puppies, too.
Princesa is five to six years old. She weighs about 13 pounds. Best guess on breed is poodle/maltese/terrier based on the other dogs in the original home.
