Meet PRINCE CHARMING Male | Approximately 7 weeks old | 5 lbs Prince Charming is a tiny 5-pound puppy with the most beautiful chocolate brown and white coat—and an irresistible heart-shaped marking right on his nose that perfectly matches his sweet personality. He came to us from a local shelter after being found as a stray, sadly left in a box with his siblings. Despite that difficult start, Prince Charming is already thriving in foster care and showing just how loving and resilient he is. Prince Charming is cuddly, affectionate, and very people-friendly. He has a gentle, curious nature and a playful streak that makes him a joy to be around. Even at such a young age, his sweet temperament shines through, and he loves being close to his people. As a true mixed breed, Prince Charming is a total mutt. Our best guess is a blend of Cattle Dog, Staffy, and possibly even a touch of Husky. Based on his current size, we anticipate he will stay on the smaller side, likely around 30 pounds full grown. Prince Charming is still an infant and has no formal training yet, which is completely normal for his age. He will need a family committed to positive training, socialization, patience, and consistency as he grows. An active home ready to guide him through puppyhood and give him a lifetime of love would be the perfect match. He won’t be ready for adoption for a few more weeks, but we are beginning the search now for his forever family—one that’s ready to cherish this little boy and his big heart. Our dogs are in foster homes all over the Bay Area and all adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet. We do not have a facility. Thank you for reading about our awesome dogs. All dogs came to us from different situations and we often do not know much about their past, but they are rescue dogs who deserve a second chance and need patience on their journey. All of our dogs our are in foster homes all across the bay area. The first step of the process is you must submit an application in order to set up a meet and great or talk with the foster family. Once application is submitted the foster parents will contact you to chat more about the dog and make sure they're a good fit and can answer any further question. The application answers most of all of our questions and can best match you. If you do not get the dog you apply for we can use your same application for 90 days towards another dog in our care and simply forward your app to that foster parent. **Reminder we are all volunteers working hard to save these dogs, some dogs may receive 20+ application to all be reviewed. We do our best to respond to all apps as we can. Since our start in 2014, we have built an outstanding team and have grown into a strong network of volunteers dedicated to saving the Underdogs in our shelters and community.
