Meet Pretty Boy - A Handsome, Happy-Go-Lucky Lovebug! 💛🐾<br/><br/>Hey there, my name's Pretty Boy--and I live up to it, too! I'm a gorgeous blond and white Hound/Labrador Retriever mix, about a year and a half old and a perfect 51 pounds of pure affection. With my soulful eyes, soft ears, and heart-melting smile, I'm ready to charm my way right into your heart.<br/><br/>I'm a super sweet guy who just wants to be where the people are. I love love--cuddles, scratches, belly rubs--you name it, I'm here for it. I'll gladly return the favor with tail wags, kisses, and lots of affection. I'm calm, gentle, and very go-with-the-flow, the kind of pup who's just happy to be included in whatever you're doing.<br/><br/>I get along great with other dogs and would thrive with a doggie companion or a family to hang out and play with. I enjoy long walks, romping in the yard, and showing off my smarts. I'm highly intelligent, very food motivated, and an incredibly quick learner--which means I'm a dream to train! I've spent some time in a foster home and did very well--I'm crate trained, housebroken, and quiet (I hardly ever bark or whine!). I know how to use a doggie door, and while we can't guarantee I'm 100% housetrained yet, I'm very good about doing my business outside like a gentleman.<br/><br/>I'll admit--I do try to sniff the trash can (what can I say, it smells interesting!), but I listen well when told "no" and will walk away. I also load into a vehicle without a fuss and ride like a champ--although I'm a little hesitant to hop in at first. Once I get used to the car, I settle in just fine. I do have some motion sickness, so it's best if I can digest my meal before we hit the road. 🚗🐕 And when it's time for a bath? No problem at all--I'm a total gentleman in the tub. 🛁✨<br/><br/>I've completed my heartworm treatment and am doing great--I'll just need to be retested in November 2025 to make sure everything still looks good. 🩺💖<br/><br/>If you're looking for a kind-hearted, affectionate, easy-going pup to be your best friend, snuggle buddy, and adventure pal, then I just might be your guy.
