Meet Prentiss! Prentiss is a SpringerDoodle that was rescued from a breeding facility. He was born on 6/24/2022. He badly wants to trust people and be friends, but he is nervous due to limited human interaction. Please do your research on puppymill dogs as they require a lot of patience but the outcome is incredibly rewarding. These dogs are high flight risk dogs so priority must be given to keeping them safe. The adoption fee is $200.00. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Erlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
