She came into rescue with 11 other pups that were released from a bad breeder. This little one is full of personality and pizzazz. Being a shih tzu she is considered hypoallergenic. She is a little cuddly bug too. However, she cannot go home until she has surgery for stenotic nares. This is where the nostrils are too small and the pup has to work harder to breath. The specialist will surgically cut a triangle section out of each side of her little nose and stitch it open. This is common in shih tzus. Of the 12 pups we took in 3 of them have stenotic nares and will require surgery from a specialist.
