Poppy's Story

Poppy is a very pretty girl found who was found wandering the streets in a neighboring county. She appears to be a mix of Foxhound or Coonhound. Poppy has a very beautiful and long face. It looks even longer with the white streak up her nose. Poppy is also super high energy and will need an adoptive family who can give her plenty of exercise. Not sure she will fit into your family? Poppy arrived heartworm positive, so she is available to go home with you as a foster to adopt. What does that mean for you? You can take Poppy home, bond with her and finalize her adoption after we complete her heartworm treatment. Good for you, good for Poppy, good for us. Recuperation is always more comfortable in a home. To meet this precious hound dog stop in 11 to 4 Tuesday through Saturday. Poppy is spayed, microchipped and current on core vaccines.
