Poppy's Story

Poppy is a 2-year-old wiry-haired terrier mix who weighs just 6–8 pounds, and he’s as sweet as they come. This tiny little guy recently lost the only home he’s ever known when his owner had to move into assisted living, and he’s now searching for someone new to love. Poppy gets along well with other small dogs and has a gentle, affectionate temperament that makes him easy to fall for. We don’t know yet how he feels about cats, but his calm nature suggests he could adjust well with a proper introduction.

He is trained to use pads and should be fairly easy to housebreak with a consistent routine and a bit of patience. What Poppy wants most is a safe, loving home where he can feel secure again. If you’re looking for a small companion with a big heart and a lot of love to give, Poppy may be the perfect addition to your life.

If you think Poppy might be the one for you, please reach out—he’s ready for his second chance.

Please contact Angie at angiemoon1837@gmail.com
