She has a “queen bee” personality and enjoys being the one who sets the pace, but she’s also affectionate, funny, and full of Min Pin spirit.<br/><br/>She is currently in a foster home with both dogs and cats, and her foster reports she’s doing very well. Poppy seems to be housebroken, has a solid potty routine, and enjoys the comfort and predictability of a home environment.<br/><br/>Poppy is Heartworm Positive and has already started treatment. Because of this, she must have limited activity — no zoomies, no long walks, and no strenuous play. Short leash walks and quiet companionship are perfect for her while she heals. She came to us with another dog who has since been adopted, and now it’s her turn to find a soft place to land.<br/><br/>Vetting<br/><br/>Poppy is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and has been started on monthly preventatives.
