Hi, I'm Poppi. I love getting to know everyone and have been told I might win a competition for sweetest husky ever. I enjoy playing with all the people and dogs. Car rides and walks are always a delight as I’m always up for an adventure. I'm a quick learner and know basic commands. I also will do anything for a treat. I also love to throw stuffed animals into the air and have a ball playing with them. When you want to chill I’ll snuggle up whether on a couch watching a show or taking a nap in bed. I'd love to get to know you and your family! All Arctic Rescue dogs are marked “yes” to “Needs Experienced Adopter.” This is because Northern Breeds typically have higher exercise, training, and care requirements than others. We recommend thoroughly researching the breed before pursuing adoption, if you do not have prior experience.

HOW OUR ADOPTIONS WORK: 1) We require all adopters to fill out an online application at: https://www.arcticrescue.com/adopt 2) We are a Utah-based rescue. All potential adopters must come to Utah and meet the dogs. We do not transport dogs. 3) We want to make sure that your home is the perfect fit for one of our dogs and vice versa. We want all members of the family to be happy and well matched with each-other, so require families to do a phone interview, reference checks, meet dogs and pass a home-inspection before adoption.
