At just 5 pounds each, they’re tiny pups with huge hearts.<br/><br/>They’re not your typical Chihuahuas—they’re easygoing, affectionate, a little goofy, and always ready to be part of whatever you’re doing. They follow you around like tiny shadows, curl up close whenever they get the chance, and keep things fun with their playful, happy personalities.<br/><br/>And when it comes to dinner and treats… let’s just say they are very enthusiastic.<br/><br/>They absolutely adore each other and would love to stay together if possible—two tiny best friends figuring out the world side by side.<br/><br/>Because of their very small size, Popcorn & Kernel will only be placed in a home without young children and larger dogs or cats. They are delicate little puppies and need a safe, controlled environment where they won’t be accidentally injured.<br/><br/>Popcorn & Kernel would do best in a home prepared for small dogs and ready to continue their puppy training, socialization, and routine.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for the sweetest little companions (with just the right amount of personality), these two might just be your perfect match 💛<br/><br/>⸻<br/><br/>They are available for adoption in Northern Virginia/DC/MD.<br/><br/>Since we cannot do home visits at this time, please make sure to follow the application instructions and include photos and video in lieu of a home visit.<br/><br/>Please apply at www.Project-SecondChance.org.
