Meet Pollito, a 4-1/2 Pitbull-Chihuahua mix. Pollito came to live with his owner as a baby during Covid. Since that time, the owner’s living situation and work schedule have changed and she feels she no longer has time to give him all the love he needs.<br/><br/>He’s a medium-sized boy that likes to sleep under the blankets. He’s had some formal training and knows the commands Sit, Down, Off, Come and Leave it. He can be intimidated by dogs that are his size or larger and will growl, show teeth and generally try to act tough. But he is more scared than anything. He has a hard time playing with cats or dogs that are his size or larger but seems to do just fine with dogs that are smaller. He also enjoys playing with younger children.
