Polli's Story
Polli came into rescue before Christmas. We were told she was ready to babies and she needed out of the shelter ASAP. When we got her she was very sick and didn’t look very pregnant. After doing x-rays we confirmed she was not pregnant but did in fact have pneumonia after an upper respiratory infection went untreated. We immediately put her on antibiotics and had her fosters quarantine her for the safety of everyone. Thankfully she has since fully recovered from pneumonia. We have spayed her and started vaccines now that she’s healthy. Her fosters love her. Say nothing but wonderful things about her. They call her their little fruit bat. Polli is very sweet and loyal to her person. She would love to have her own furever home where she’s spoiled rotten forever.
