Pluto is a silly and friendly 1 year old, 36 pound Schnoodle (Schnauzer / Poodle mix).<br/><br/>This sweet guy ended up in a scary shelter in Texas, but now has a ticket to Colorado for a fresh start.<br/><br/>Pluto is super friendly with both people and other dogs, and he thrives on attention and playtime.<br/><br/>From Pluto's foster:<br/>"Pluto is so fun and playful! He walks well on leash, but is always confused when I put it on him, as if he never knew walks until now! He is very toy motivated and will sit for a toy. He loves to play catch and can entertain himself. He loves to play with other dogs.<br/>He was a tad shy at first but I think he was just confused with all the changes happening in his life. Once he warmed up, he showed his playful puppy-energy side!"<br/><br/>Since Pluto is so young, he is a blank slate just waiting for a kind and patient human to show him the way. With positive reinforcement training, he has all the potential in the world to be a loyal, well-mannered adult companion. He’ll thrive with virtual or in-person force-free training classes, which will help strengthen his bond with his humans and build him confidence.<br/><br/>Pluto is up to date on his vaccinations and is neutered.<br/><br/>Farfel's Rescue is a fully foster based rescue, and offers a one week trial with every adoption. We feel that this is much more beneficial to not only the dog, but the adopter too. We believe that only getting 20-30 minutes with a dog before deciding on a lifetime commitment is not a fair amount of time to the adopter, or the dog. Therefore we give adopters one week with the dog to assure it is the right fit, and offer a full refund of their adoption fee should it not workout within the week trial.<br/><br/>Farfel's Rescue has been doing adoptions this way since 2005 and is thrilled to adopt out ~400 dogs each year.<br/><br/>Applications are currently being accepted for our wonderful pup.
