Pixie-Adoption Pending!

Sweet Pixie is finally ready to find her perfect home! This lovely one-year old poodle-maltese mix found her way into rescue just in time.<br/><br/>After her owner realized a young puppy with a painful limp was too much for her to care for, she reached out to us to see if we could take her. Pixie needed to have orthopedic surgery to remove the top of her femur which was causing her great pain and discomfort.<br/><br/>Fortunately, we were able to get Pixie seen by an orthopedic surgeon right away. Pixie handled the surgery and recovery like a champ, thanks to her foster parents, and is ready to begin the fun life she is meant to enjoy.<br/><br/>Pixie is spayed and up-to-date medically. She would love a home where she can continue to thrive in an active environment. Pixie loves to play with toys, snuggle with her humans and foster pup siblings. Pixie will go to the door to go outside and rides well in the car. <br/><br/>Pixie is young, enthusiastic and would love to spend her days exploring and enjoying life with her humans and dog siblings.
