Pita 's Story

Meet Pita! Pita is an estimated 4-month-old, 19.2 lbs, female Pit Bull Terrier Mix. Pita is an adorable and playful little girl who didn't have the best start in life. She was found on the streets with her canine family when she was about 2 months old. Pita has spent the last two months in our care recovering from ringworm. She is now ringworm free and ready for a home of her own. Pita can be a bit shy when meeting new people and would benefit from positive reinforcement training. Once she has settled in she will let her silly side show and gladly accept all the snuggles. Based on her current age and weight, we expect she will be about 40lbs-70lbs full grown.

The adoption fee is $450. This includes the spay, microchip, wellness bloodwork, fecal flotation, deworming and all core vaccines through puppyhood (as long as you return to us for vaccines).

If you are interested in adopting Pita, please e-mail adoptions@thelovepetproject.org with "Pita" in the subject. Please also tell us about yourself and your household.
