Pippin's Story

Meet Pippin, a four-year-old Chihuahua with movie-star looks and a heart full of love.

Pippin is searching for his forever family (or perhaps a manager for his budding modeling career). With his striking good looks and soulful eyes, he has a way of making you feel like the most important person in the room.

This handsome little guy found himself in a shelter through no fault of his own, but thanks to UAAF, he’s now thriving in a foster home and ready to find his perfect match. Pippin uses a dog door and is doing great with house manners. Like many young boys, he may mark, so a belly band is recommended until that phase passes.

Pippin loves to play and would be thrilled to have a playful canine friend in his forever home. He enjoys kids who understand that small dogs aren’t toys and appreciates gentle, respectful interactions. He hasn’t met cats yet, so his feelings about them are unknown.

When playtime is over, Pippin is all about cuddles. He adores being close to his people and is more than happy to let you brush and admire his beautiful coat.

Pippin is neutered and up to date on all vaccines. If you’re ready to spoil each other with love and companionship, fill out an application and see if Pippin is your perfect match.

Pippin has been neutered, is current on vaccinations, has tested negative for heartworm and is microchipped.

If you are interested in adopting Pippin, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt).
