Meet Pipkin! Pipkin is a 3-year-old, 15-lb Shih Tzu/Maltipoo mix with a soft white-and-tan coat and an even softer heart. He’s a happy, peppy little guy with an energetic yet submissive personality who’s always excited to be part of whatever is going on. Pipkin loves food, cuddles, playing with other dogs, running around, and being near his people. One of his foster family’s favorite things about him is the way he smiles when he greets you—his whole face lights up when he’s excited, and it’s impossible not to smile back. He does well with dogs of all sizes and enjoys their company. Loud noises aren’t his favorite, but otherwise he’s an easygoing pup who settles in nicely. Pipkin is crate trained and currently working on house training. He’s doing well but may occasionally accident indoors, so continued consistency and patience will help him succeed in his forever home. Pipkin walks well on a leash, is not a big barker, and doesn’t dig or chew. He would be a great match even for a first-time dog owner. Overall, Pipkin is a joyful, affectionate little companion who would fit into many types of homes. He’s ready to bring smiles, cuddles, and a whole lot of happiness to his forever family.
