Once you’ve got a tennis ball in hand, Piper transforms—she’ll sit perfectly still, eyes locked on you, waiting for the throw. She’s great about bringing the ball right back and has shown no issues with resource guarding, happily handing it over so the fun can continue.<br/><br/>Piper also loves toys of all kinds and would thrive in a home that enjoys playtime, movement, and interactive fun. While we haven’t yet tested her with other dogs or cats, her young age and go-with-the-flow personality suggest she could do well in a variety of home settings with proper introductions.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, toy-loving sweetheart who’s equal parts energy and snuggles, Piper may just be the perfect addition to your family. She is spayed, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $250, which covers part of the medical care she will receive.<br/><br/>**Please note that the breed listed for each of our dogs is a rough estimate unless DNA results are provided in their Bio. All strays have rough estimates of their age based on the condition of their teeth.<br/>Each dog is different, so each adoption is different. Our adoption process might require multiple visits to the shelter before our dogs can go home. Or they may be ready on the first visit. It really depends on the individual dog and the potential adopters. Once we receive your application, the Dog Staff will contact you to discuss meeting our dogs.
