*Fostered in Damascus, MD* Meet PIPER! She is such a sweet girl who came to us completely shutdown. Her story is that she was in a very bad hoarding situation with her brothers and the result of a neglect case. Thankfully Forever Changed Animal Rescue saved them from a high kill shelter in NC. She is approximately a year old, 45lbs, spayed and very loving. She has a silly side and can run like a bullet in circles. She absolutely loves to cuddle and is in love with her human foster moms young son and so gentle. She is housebroken. Loves eating and playing with her toys. Piper needs a person that’s going to be patient with her as she is still building her confidence. Another dog in the house is a must for her to help her overcome her fears. If you give her the time and patience, she is going to be the best dog for any family. Piper is truly one of the most gentle, kind, charming girl her foster family has ever known!
