Pip's Story

3/30/2026
Pip is an approximatley 1 year old male chi that weighs 8 pounds. Pip is a real lover! He is potty trained, crate trained, gets along well with other dogs, comes when he's called and wants to snuggle all the time! Pip does enjoy other dogs but doesn't require another dog in his house. He is all about his people! He loves playing outside and would really like a fenced yard. Leashes kinda freak him out right now but we're working to help him feel less stressed on leash. He loves the older kids in his foster home as well as their dad. He gets a bit jealous when other dogs get the attention. Pip loves to be the main man.

Pip is up to date on shots and preventatives and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $250 plus any additional donation you feel appropriate. Our adoption fee is set to a level to make adoptions happen. They do not cover our costs. Thank you for your generosity and interest in our dogs!

All dogs adopted locally through SGDR receive a free six-week session of obedience classes and a lifetime of behavior support through our Project REWARD program with trainer Ashley Reum.

You must have an approved application before being able to visit a dog. Visit our website below for an adoption application https://www.snootygiggles.com/dog-application/

If you expect to leave the dog alone for long periods of time, please do not consider adopting a puppy. Puppies need lots of attention and companionship. Thanks.

All known information about the animal is listed above. We do our best to give accurate information, but most of our dogs are rescues and do not come with a known history.
