Pip's Story

Meet Pip, the tiniest Blue Heeler you've ever seen and possibly the sweetest. At just 14 lbs, she's a pocket-sized purebred Miniature Australian Cattle Dog with a whole lot of heart packed into a very small frame. Pip is a velcro dog through and through. Once she decides you're her person, she's all in, but she'll need a little patience upfront. She's on the skittish side at first and does best when given space to warm up at her own pace. The payoff? A deeply loyal, affectionate companion who just wants to be near you. She is looking for someone who's home more than not, a calm and quiet environment, and ideally a mellow canine sibling (no rowdy roommates, please). She's calm in her crate, a dream in the car, and appears to be potty trained. Basically a perfect tiny package waiting for the right person to slow down and let her in. If you're a homebody who wanted a dog the size of a cat but the loyalty of a Heeler, Pip was made for you!

Name: Pip
Age: 1 Year Old
Sex: Female
Breed: Australian Cattle Dog (AKA Blue Heeler)
Weight: 15 lbs
Located In: Louisville, KY
Temperament/ Energy Level: Medium Energy
Recommendation for Kids: Teens +
Relationship with Dogs: Yes, calm dogs
Relationship with Cats: Yes
Neutered/ Spayed: Yes
Crate Trained: Yes
House Trained: Yes
Leash Trained: In Progress
Fence Required: Yes
Special Request: Someone home more than not.
