Meet Pinzarossa (Pinzy!), a sweet and playful girl who has been thriving in her foster home since late August. She is currently in the Prison Training K9 program in Denver, where she is learning socialization, advanced obedience, and everyday skills to prepare her for a successful adoption! Pinzy will be out of training and available for adoption in early January.<br/><br/>Pinzy loves playing with her foster siblings, defending the family from mischievous squirrels, and fishing for ice cubes. The only thing she might love more than all of that is spending time with her humans. <br/><br/>Pinzy is an alert and attentive pup who takes her job of watching over the home seriously. She will vocally alert you if she senses something unusual, but with consistent guidance, patience and understanding, she is learning to settle and relax. She responds beautifully to affection and calms quickly once she knows a situation is safe.<br/><br/>She loves exploring neighborhoods, parks, trails or joining you on any adventure. <br/><br/>Pinzarossa would thrive in a home that can provide guidance, reassurance, and continued positive reinforcement as she builds confidence. Once she feels safe and settled, her joyful personality shines bright.
