She is looking for a home where her people are around most of the time, ideally someone who is retired or works from home. If you are dreaming of a sweet companion who will happily sit with you, keep you company, and soak up all the love, Pika is your girl. Pika is incredibly sweet and affectionate. While she does well with other dogs, she has always lived as the only dog in the household and would be perfectly content being your one and only. Pika has had bladder stones in the past, so she will need an adopter who is attentive to her care and committed to keeping her healthy. The Farm Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

Here’s how we work: We are a foster based rescue, so all dogs are in private homes. If you see a dog that you like please complete an application at the bottom of the adoption page. A home check and vet check will be done and then you will be contacted to setup a meet and greet. The fee for adoption of all dogs is $150 and that includes spay/neuter, shots and a chip. We are also chipped to the dog as they are forever our responsibility. Thank you for adopting and supporting The Farm Dog Rescue. We do get multiple applications on dogs and try to keep you informed if the dog has been adopted and we will keep your application on file for another dog.
