(Backyard patrol is a very serious job!)<br/><br/>Smart as can be, Pierre knows how to sit, lie down, shake paws, stay, fetch, and sometimes even bow—we're still perfecting that last one. He walks nicely on a leash and is learning to stay on one side of his humans. Around the house, he's a model citizen—content to stay downstairs and never sneaks where he's not supposed to.<br/><br/>Pierre has excellent car manners and has been friendly with everyone he's met so far—kids, men, women, and seniors alike. When you step outside, expect him to greet you like an old friend: tail wagging furiously, a happy whimper, and a gentle rub against you like a cat before proudly fetching his ball. Although he hasn't lived with other animals, Pierre has met dogs on walks, greeting them with a wag and a sniff. If they leave too soon, he'll cry-bark for them to come back—no aggression, just pure friendliness.<br/><br/>Pierre's dream home would be with someone who enjoys walks, hikes, and playtime, but he's equally happy to lounge at your side. A backyard would be a bonus, and he may do well with another friendly dog. Cats are unknown.
