Pickles's Story

Pickles likes to play with toys, chase the ball, and go exploring on walks! She is crate trained, house trained, and knows how to sit. She's very sweet and snuggly and has been good with the dogs she's met in her foster home so far! She was adopted from the shelter as a puppy and later picked up as a stray - but she's ready to move forward to her second chance at a forever home!

Pitt Friends's Adoption Policy

Thank you for considering adopting from Pitt Friends! The first step in our adoption process is filling out our application, which you can find at pittfriends.com. If your application is approved, the foster family will reach out to you directly to arrange a meet and greet at a mutually agreeable time and place. We do not have a shelter facility. All of our animals live in foster care full time, in the homes of our volunteers. Our adoption fee is $200 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, deworming, and any other medical care that is required prior to adoption. A home check and vet reference are required prior to adoption. Each dog has different needs, so if one particular dog is not the right fit for your home, we may be able to recommend another that is a better match!
