Please welcome Picasso to the pack! This 3-year-old French Bulldog just arrived and is already stealing hearts left and right. His previous owner loved him deeply but knew they couldn’t keep a second dog and wanted to make sure Picasso landed somewhere safe, stable, and full of love.
