Phoenix

Phoenix was found at a dump site roaming around on his own. He was picked up by a kind citizen who could not locate the owners. Phoenix is a bit underweight and will need to gain a couple pounds to be a healthy boy. Although, he has been abandoned and neglected, he has not allowed his dreams to fade. Phoenix has been friendly with everyone he has met.
