Since then, she’s been waiting patiently for someone to give her a chance. Despite her tough start, she hasn’t lost her playful spirit. She’s curious, affectionate, and eager to soak up all the love and training that a forever home can offer. With time, structure, and patience, Phoebe is sure to grow into a loyal and devoted companion.<br/><br/>Like many young pups, Phoebe is still learning her basics. She’ll need help mastering house training, leash walking, and building confidence in new situations. At first, she might feel a little unsure, but once she feels safe, her silly, loving personality comes shining through.<br/><br/>Phoebe has done well with other dogs and would enjoy a canine buddy to play with, though she doesn’t require one. She’s too young for heartworm testing but is otherwise healthy and ready to join her forever home.<br/><br/>Transport Information:<br/>All of our dogs, including Phoebe, are located in Texas and will only travel once an adoption is finalized. Transport is included in the adoption fee.
