Pretty Phoebe is a sweet little girl. She is a bit unsure about all the changes in her life but she is getting accustom to her foster home and letting her personality shine. She is a sweet, confident little dog.<br/><br/>Phoebe has a big foster brother that she likes. She only needs to tell him off occasionally. But joins him in telling the delivery people whose house it is.<br/><br/>Phoebe is housetrained and likes her wire crate with a fuzzy bed. She walks well on a leash and enjoys a good stroll & snoot.<br/><br/>Phoebe wants a person of her own to snuggle with. She is learning to play but hasn't had much experience playing with people.
