Everyone who meets Phoebe adores her as she is such a sweet, happy, smiley girl that loves everyone she meets! She truly is the definition of a social butterfly.<br/><br/>Phoebe does have a front leg deformity, but the vet discovered it’s from a precious injury and didn’t grow back the right way. Even with a deformed leg, it doesn’t slow her down or stop her from showing how excited she is to see you!
