Meet Sweet and Adorable Phoebe !<br/><br/>Phoebe is a precious one-year-old, about 18–20 pounds, and likely a scruffy terrier mix. Since she’s already a year old, she shouldn’t get much bigger — she’s the perfect small-to-medium size and all puppy charm.<br/>Phoebe was rescued from Barrow County Animal Shelter in Georgia. She came from a property with several siblings, many of whom were rescued — but she was one of the ones left behind. WAGS Rescue couldn’t leave her there, so we stepped in to give this sweet girl her chance.<br/>Phoebe is very loving, a little timid when first meeting new people, but she warms up quickly and her personality shines through. Once she trusts you, she’s affectionate, playful, and so grateful for attention.
