PHOEBE is a California girl! She was brought to the East Coast by a concerned family member when they observed Phoebe being left outside and neglected. Then they were threatened with eviction because of Phoebe's barking and separation anxiety, so she had to be surrendered. Phoebe wants to be near you all the time, following you from room-to-room. There will be no privacy for you in the bathroom, but there is no better sleeping partner. She is around 8 years old and is roughly 15lbs. She is beautifully groomed and has a wonderful soft, curly coat. She tolerates dogs and cats but is a little afraid of dogs and greatly prefers the company of people. She is crate-trained and housebroken and dons her coat to go on walks. Apartments are a no-no for this gal and an owner who works from home is ideal. Adoption fee is $400.
