Phin stands for PHUN! He is active and playful with people and with dogs. He still has that puppy energy. But when it's time for snuggles, Phin is a phantastic cuddler. Dog pile? Yes, please. Human lap? Absolutely! Couch time? He's on it, literally. <br/><br/>Phin is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his vaccines. He's learning to use the doggy door and potty trained.<br/><br/>Phin can be timid with men at phirst, but once he knows you're safe, he's ready to be your best phriend.
