Phillie's Story

Phillie is a 7-week-old female who is soft and snuggly. Little but stands her ground! Loves to be held. Was from an "accidental litter" that was left in the yard until a neighbor and a rescue found the fosters to save her. She's learning fast and can almost manage the doggie door.
