Phebee

Phebee is a female, Border Collie/Husky mix. She has beautiful blue eyes and even though she is in an outside kennel, she is housetrained. She is very sweet and loving and gets along with all the other dogs, male and female. She is a bit of an escape artist as she was starved by a previous owner and we think this is the reason for her desire to escape. But since she will be an inside pooch, the only problem will be when she is playing outside. She will need at least an 8 foot fence to contain her when she is outside. She is not good on a leash and is very strong. Phebee needs a family to love and give her alot of love in return!!
