Meet Pharra Phaucett is an adorable shih tzu Lhasa Mix - about 7yo and 23lbs.<br/><br/>She was found matted on the street and was picked up by animal control.<br/>She was so matted that her eyes were covered over and she couldn’t see us but she was so happy to get out of the shelter she didn’t care at all.<br/><br/>She has the most amazing personality- she is happy and playful and trusting. <br/><br/>She is housetrained, vetted and chipped.
