Meet Phantom
Phantom is a full-blooded Border Collie. She is 7.5 years Old. Her birthdate 6/12/16. She was used for a bird eradication program at USACE lock and dams. Phantom came from an individual who became disabled and could not care for her. She is crate trained and, of course, super smart. A bit overweight and needs an active household to get the weight down. She is good with dogs of all sizes and ages. She is VERY interested in cats. She would do best in a home without them. She is spayed and up to date on shots. She is so well trained; she just can't be in the backyard unless the chickens are trapped in their coop. Her recall is amazing as is her sit. She doesn't jump or all. She's wonderful on the leash. She would do well alone or with a friend. She is excellent in her crate. She will not be adopted to families with children under 10.
