After a rough start in life where he was found by animal control, skinny, shaking, and scared, Petey is now the happiest boy in a foster home with another dog.<br/><br/>Petey loves to go for walks and sniff around, and he meets new humans of all ages with a gentle sniff and wag. Best of all? Petey has never met another dog he doesn't like. Whether they're old or young, boy or girl, small or tall, chihuahua or Great Dane, Petey loves other dogs and has a fantastic ability to make friends. He'll gladly romp, wrestle, and run with another energetic, playful dog, but if a dog is calm and cool or old and fragile he'll tone it down and match that dog's energy. Yet despite his love for other dogs, Petey walks beautifully on leash even when other dogs are everywhere! Petey is attentive to his human and responsive to cues.<br/><br/>Petey is a young tyke so he is still working on remaining calm in the house, but he is very treat motivated and eager to learn. He sleeps through the night and is happy going in his crate when his mom has to go out, but he sure does love to cuddle.
