Peter Adoption Profile <br/><br/>Peter is one of two sweet 3-month-old scruffy terrier mix puppies recently taken in by Cause For Paws Rescue. Like his sister Piper, he was sadly dumped but was fortunate to be cared for by a compassionate good Samaritan until rescue could step in. We are very thankful to Arin Vanloo for coordinating their intake and to Shawna and her husband for helping with transport.<br/><br/>Peter is a playful, affectionate puppy who is just beginning his journey in life. He appears to be a scruffy terrier mix and is expected to grow into a medium-to-large adult dog. As with all mixed-breed puppies, his exact size and appearance as an adult are unknown, but his personality is already shining through.<br/><br/>He has already received excellent care, including:<br/> Bathing and grooming<br/> Flea and tick treatment<br/> Deworming<br/> First round of vaccinations<br/><br/>Peter will be ready for adoption in a couple of weeks.<br/><br/>All Cause For Paws dogs are kept up to date on age-appropriate vaccines through adoption. He will also receive parasite prevention, and heartworm testing when age appropriate. His neuter and microchip are included in the adoption fee. He will go home with essentials including a collar and leash, bed, toys, bowls, and some of his current food.<br/><br/>Applications can be submitted at causeforpaws.net, and adopters must be within a 100-mile radius.
