Pete is a senior black lab mix. He is 10-12 years old with a sweet gray face and a personality to match! He is the ideal companion for someone who enjoys a quiet, slower paced life and is looking for a loyal fur friend to spend time with. Although Pete is a larger size, he would still make a great choice for a retired person looking for a calmer, mature dog to sleep at their feet and keep them warm at night. Pete is housebroken, leash trained and still enjoys playing with his foster mates in the yard, but would prefer a nap on the couch whenever possible! Pete was abandoned at the county shelter and placed on the euthanasia list; he is now safe in a foster home, waiting for his forever home to find him.
