Pete's Story

This dog is part of our shelter outreach program where we take dogs from overcrowded shelters in hopes of finding them a forever home here! We generally do not have much background info on them and cannot guarantee they are housebroken. They are all up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped.
Update 9/10/25
If there's one thing Pete loves most in the world-it's BALLS. Big ones, small ones, squeaky ones, bouncy ones if it rolls, Pete is in heaven!

This happy, playful boy has been with us since March, and we can't believe he's still waiting for a home. He's 1 year old, about 32 lbs, dog-friendly (meet & greets required), and always ready for fun. No cats for Pete, please.

He's growing up in the shelter when he should be growing up in a home-chasing balls in the yard, snuggling on the couch after playtime, and being loved like he deserves.
Looking for an active high energy home, pre-set obedience training required.

8 months old, 23lbs.

Pete has a playful spirit and a heart full of potential! This friendly, social pup is ready to learn and grow with the right family.
